Please fill out a separate booking form for each participant, even if you are travelling with someone else.

A $550 deposit is required at time of booking. This deposit is refundable until September 20,2026. After this, it is NON-REFUNDABLE. Final payment will be due on October 1, 2026 and is non-refundable. After your booking has been received, you will be sent an e-mail with a secure payment link, when to book your flights, and other information.

If you wish to book a double room and do not specify a roommate, we will do our best to assign one. If we are unable to do so, you will have to reserve a single room for the additional cost.

You must have passport that is valid at least six month from the date of your return flight home.
