Please fill out a separate booking form for each participant, even if you are travelling with someone else.

There will be limited space on each of our trips.

​

A $550 deposit is required at time of booking. This deposit is refundable until 6 months prior to the trip departure date. After this, it is NON-REFUNDABLE.

 

50% of the total trip cost is due 6 months prior to departure, and full payment is due 4 months prior to departure.

After your booking has been received, you will be sent an e-mail with a secure payment link and other information.

 

If you wish to book a double room and do not specify a roommate, we will do our best to assign one. If we are unable to do so, you will have to reserve a single room for the additional cost.

You must have passport that is valid at least six month from the date of your return flight home.
